How long will it take to receive my order? 

All items are handmade and made to order except where listed in limited quantity as Ready to Ship.  Due to the handmade nature of items, all orders ship within 7-10 days.  This does not include shipping time.  During checkout you will choose your preferred method of shipping which will list your additional shipping time frame and costs.  Ground shipping is free on orders over $100 USD.  

Packaging: 

All items are shipping with gift boxes ready for gift giving at no additional cost to you. The average order is shipped in bubble wrap padded packaging to protect your items and the gift box from damage during shipping.

Accurate address: 

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.  Your order will be shipped to the address provided upon checkout. 

Ready to Ship items:

Ready to Ship items have been premade in small batches and therefore have a shorter processing time.  The items will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering.  This does not include shipping time.  During checkout you will choose your preferred method of shipping which will list your additional shipping time frame and costs. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100 USD. 

Rush Processing:

Items can be shipped faster by adding the rush processing fee to your order at checkout.  Order with Rush Processing will be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. This does not include shipping time.  During checkout check the box for Rush Processing and you choose your preferred method of shipping which will list your additional shipping time frame and costs. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100 USD, Rush Processing will incur an additional fee.  

Tracking:

All United States orders are shipped with tracking which will be provided via email upon your order being shipped.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping provider.  We are unable to provide tracking for international orders.  

Lost / Damaged Shipments: 

Items lost or damaged during shipping will be handled through the shipment provider.  We do not hold liability for items stolen, lost or damaged during shipping however we will work with the shipping provider to find a solution.

International Orders: 

International orders are shipped via the USPS.  If you would like tracking of your order please select the international / tracking option.  We are not responsible for shipping delays or additional fees due to customs and/or duties.

Shipping and Rush Processing fees are non refundable.

All items are handmade, there may be small imperfections and/or inconsistencies including but not limited to small bubbles and slight variations in color and/or patterns shown on the website.

These add to the character of your piece and in no way affect the use, look or function.  Refunds will not be provided on the basis of these noted imperfections. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  An immense amount of time and detail goes into creating each and every piece.  If you notice a defect or flaw in workmanship please contact us right away (within 3 days of delivery) so that we can resolve the issue and make it right.   

Returns / Exchanges:

Since most items are made to order and we do not hold inventory, we are unable to offer refunds due to change of mind.  Please carefully read the descriptions on each item prior to purchasing.  Due to the nature of the pieces sold, we do not offer returns or exchanges. 

Polymer clay is lightweight and slightly flexible but also can be fragile.  Over manipulating any of the pieces can cause breakage or scratch the surface of causing your piece not to look as intended.  For the longevity of your piece it must be handled with care, as with any high end jewelry or wearable art piece.  We are not liable and will not replace items damaged or lost due to misuse, not taking proper care, or rough handling.  

Polymer clay is lightweight, slightly flexible, and water resistant.  Do not over bend pieces, although polymer clay is flexible it is subject to breaking if over manipulated.  Remove makeup or dirt from polymer clay components with a cloth using soap and water or rubbing alcohol.
